On the day your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. We usually send these confirmations towards the end of the day.
Once your order has shipped you can track your package in My Account clicking on the "Order History" link and then selecting the order for which you would like to track. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in My Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.
Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.
If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:
Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date listed in . If you don't receive the package by then, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Please note that carriers may deliver packages up until 8 p.m.
Spike Angel ships to 50+ countries worldwide. Please note, due to carrier limitations, we currently offer shipping to P.O. boxes only on orders shipped within the U.S.
When possible, we try to combine multiple orders into the same shipment. This helps us reduce the number of packages we need to send to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.

Backordered items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. When a backordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. If you have selected an item that is on backorder, you have the option to order it, or select an alternate size or color if available.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the "Manage address book" link in My Account. Click either the Edit button or the Delete button above the address you want to change or remove.
The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address for your orders. All orders with "PO BOX" in the address are automatically shipped via U.S. Mail. Also, if you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service only forwards first-class mail and magazines, and does not forward packages.
If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. Also, if you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.
If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $1,300 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
Not all items sold on SpikeAngel are eligible for international shipping. Any item that is not eligible for international shipping will be noted as such on the product’s detail page.

Canadian customs clearance for most retail purchases from SpikeAngel is done through the Low Value Shipment (LVS) process. Information regarding duties and taxes paid to Revenue Canada is available from the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with the SpikeAngel order number and carrier tracking ID which is available on the shipping label or in Your Account.
Spike Angel recognizes the importance of shipping your items so that they arrive in perfect condition, and we use a variety of packaging materials to protect the products you've ordered.
